Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

✔ Product is in its original condition

✔ Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

✔ Product is free from stains, damage, perfume, or washing marks

✔ Valid proof of purchase is provided

(Order number, confirmation email, payment receipt, or invoice)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse

❌ Worn, washed, altered, or used products

❌ Products returned without original tags or packaging

❌ Requests submitted after the 7-day return period


Refund Process

If your return request is approved, follow these steps:

📦 Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

🚚 Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Advance Payment Policy

For orders above Rs. 5,000, advance payment may be required before order confirmation and dispatch.

If an approved return qualifies for a refund, the advance payment amount will be included in the refund process according to this policy.
